  • If a review is for a Pre-foreclosure property or Underwriting request, our team will contact you with further details.


  • All contracts and agreements are reviewed by our team.
  • Title company, closing attorney, and escrow information is verified.
  • Escrow instructions are confirmed with the title company or closing attorney.
  • Funds are wired for your transaction to the title company or closing attorney assigned.

Underwriting Support

  • Our team will generate a complete analysis including: max debt service supported by the NOI, top 3 offer calculations at the current cap rate with corresponding DSCR data, and seller financing comparison to traditional debt service.
  • The analysis will require the following documents: Offering Memorandum and/or property Financial Analysis (i.e., rents & expenses reports).
